    🎄 Christmas is almost here! 🎄

    We just want to say a big thank you to all our amazing customers for the support over the year – we’re so grateful for every visit to our restaurant , every chat at the bar and every single smile ❤️

    Ski Time Restaurant and our awesome staff will be taking a little break over Christmas.
    📅 Closed from: Sunday 21st December 2025
    📅 Back on: Tuesday 30th December 2025

    We will be open as usual over the New Year Public Holidays and for the rest of summer 2026!
    5 evenings per week, Tuesday - Saturday from 5pm. Closed Sunday & Monday evening.

    We’re very proud to celebrate Sebastian successfully completing his apprenticeship!

    It’s amazing to think that back in 2021/2022, Seb was here at Ski Time Restaurant washing dishes to help us out on busy nights. In 2023, he started his culinary apprenticeship at another restaurant, and this June he returned to join us for our busy winter season. Under the guidance of our head chef James, he completed his final assessments and officially finished his qualification!

    A big thank you also to Joseph (pictured on the right) from ServiceIQ for helping transfer Seb’s apprenticeship to Ski Time and making it possible for him to successfully achieve Level 4.

    Now Seb is off to Australia to work with some awesome chefs and continue growing his skills. We are so excited to see where this next chapter takes him — and remember, Seb, we’ll always have you back. 👏✨     ... See MoreSee Less
